How we handle your information

Short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Last updated: October 2026. This notice is a working draft and is being reviewed by our solicitor before the trial opens.

Hueman Brands Ltd, trading as bubble by hueman, of 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, is the data controller. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. For anything in this notice, write to hello@getbubble.co.uk.

Children’s information

Applications are made by an adult on behalf of a household. We ask only whether children are present and their approximate age band. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, children’s names, dates of birth, photographs or contact details. We design this service with the Information Commissioner’s Age Appropriate Design Code in mind and complete a data protection impact assessment before the trial begins.

Who else sees it

Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time, including leaving the trial, and that does not affect anything done before. Email hello@getbubble.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and, where the change matters, tell trial participants directly.
